Work begins only after scope, commercial terms and other applicable arrangements have been agreed in writing or otherwise accepted by the parties.
Advertising and media spend is separate from management fees where stated. Hosting, software subscriptions, licences, third-party services, production costs and other external fees may also be separate unless an applicable proposal says otherwise.
Timelines depend on the agreed scope, approvals, access and cooperation required from the client. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, advertising results, traffic, conversions or visibility on AI platforms. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
The client is responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks, data, accounts and access supplied to us are lawful and do not infringe another person’s rights. The client should provide accurate information and timely approvals needed for the agreed work.
Website content on this site belongs to LIA STAR GROUP or the relevant rights holders. Intellectual property, licences and ownership arrangements for an actual client project are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work or written agreement. These general terms do not transfer project rights by themselves.
Services may involve third-party platforms, tools or links that have their own terms, policies, availability and fees. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
The website and its information are provided on a reasonable information basis.
